We are looking for a talented and experienced Sr. Software Engineer – Salesforce & Agentforce to join our team and lead the development of innovative solutions using Salesforce and Agentforce. As a technical expert, you will play a crucial role in designing and building cutting-edge applications, leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce and Agentforce technologies. Your primary focus will be on developing lightning applications, implementing Agentforce solutions, and utilizing AI tools to enhance the capabilities of our platforms. With your expertise in Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud, you will create engaging customer portals, ensuring a seamless and branded user experience. Additionally, your strong background in Force.com platform development and integration will be instrumental in connecting external systems and building robust Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities- Develop lightning applications on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Implement Agentforce solutions and utilize tools like Prompt Builder and Agentforce Studio for AI agent creation and customization.
- Set up and test AI workflows to enable autonomous agent task execution and decision-making.
- Connect agents to Data Cloud and leverage AI tools for developers, such as Agentforce Vibe or CoPilot.
- Design and develop customer portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud, ensuring responsive UI and branding.
- Administer, configure, and customize Sales or Service Cloud, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Work with the Force.com platform, including Apex, SOQL, Unit Testing, Data Loader, Metadata APIs, and Web Services.
- Integrate external systems with Salesforce using APIs, enabling seamless data exchange.
- Build flows, live agent chat, and omnichannel features to enhance customer engagement and support.
- Stay updated with Salesforce deployments and DevOps practices, and explore tools like Gearset or Copado for efficient development.
- 5+ years of experience developing lightning applications on Salesforce, preferably on Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce solutions and AI agent implementation.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for developers, such as Agentforce Vibe or CoPilot.
- 2+ years of experience in designing and developing customer portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Expertise in CSS, responsive UI, HTML, and branding/theming using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of the Force.com platform, including Apex, SOQL, and related development tools.
- Experience in integrating external systems with Salesforce using APIs.
- Familiarity with building flows, live agent chat, and omnichannel features on Salesforce.
- One or more certifications related to Salesforce development, such as Platform Developer, is preferred.
