AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Cloud Service helps our customers focus on crafting better customer experiences instead of planning for product updates. With continuous access to the latest experience management innovations they can create, handle and deliver personalized experiences to growing audiences. We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to develop & deliver innovative and high-quality feature set to Adobe Experience Manager - Cloud Manager. What You’ll Do
- Work in an Agile team to build scalable services
- Help engineer our platform strategy
- Own the development of core cloud components
- Capture loosely defined requirements/concepts and expand them into complete solutions together with your team
- Review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs
- Solve complex distributed systems and scalability challenges
- BS in Computer Science (or related field)
- 7+ years of experience as Software Developer
- Experience with building RESTful APIs and backend services using Java or alternatively in Python, JavaScript or Go
- Understanding and experience working with message buses (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) or AMQP-based systems
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, especially around Operators and CRDs, is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD and observability tools (Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Telemetry/Observability)
- Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices (unit testing, automation, continuous integration)
- Contributions to open-source projects and working with the community is a plus
- Excellent English / written and verbal communication skills
