What you will do:
- Administer Linux servers in a massive-scale public cloud environment
- Engage with other Engineering and Product teams to improve reliability, performance, availability and security of the Coupa Cloud
- Provide application and infrastructure support for development, test and production environments
- Develop new automation and administration tools
- Deploy product releases and maintenance updates
- Evaluate, specify, implement and support performance and availability monitoring tools
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 7+ years professional experience
- Administering applications running in Linux operating system
- Experience with AWS or comparable cloud must (AWS preferable)
- Experience in Chef, Puppet, Terraform
- Experience with containerization, Amazon ECS, EKS/ Azure AKS
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Argo, Rundeck)
- Expert in Observability tools (New Relic, Pager Duty, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)
- Will be confident in their ability to own and deliver projects and issues to resolution
- Is an excellent communicator
- Can think and act globally
- Has a passion for solving problems
