The team
At Hitachi Digital Services, our ServiceNow practice plays a pivotal role in delivering scalable digital solutions that enable enterprise-wide transformation. You'll join a collaborative, client-focused team of problem solvers who thrive on innovation, efficiency, and impact. We are passionate about leveraging the full potential of the ServiceNow platform to modernize business operations and integrate cutting-edge technologies for our global clients.
The role - Candidate must be a U.S. citizen and able to work onsite three days per week.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to align business needs with innovative ServiceNow capabilities. You will architect and implement key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, and CMDB, as well as guide best practices in domain separation, integrations, and performance optimization. As a technical leader, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into solution architectures, and support a wide range of projects with hands-on development. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges and driving enterprise transformation through ServiceNow.
What you’ll bring
5 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer and/or Solution Architect
Expertise in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, etc.)
Strong hands-on experience with scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide, REST, and SOAP
Ability to design and lead integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
Experience with domain separation, flow designer, and platform security
Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and performance tuning
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer or System Administrator preferred
Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem
