As a Sr. Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will assume a leadership role in steering our semiconductor manufacturing operations to new heights of excellence. With your distinguished experience in semiconductor manufacturing, your responsibilities will encompass strategic oversight of manufacturing processes, ensuring stringent compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the trajectory of our organization in the semiconductor industry. Leveraging your years of distinguished experience, you will lead strategic oversight of manufacturing operations, driving excellence, innovation, and efficiency. Your commitment to stringent quality standards will uphold product integrity, while your initiatives will optimize production efficiency and reduce costs, positioning our operations for sustained success.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and strategically manage semiconductor manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing strategies to drive operational excellence, innovation, and sustained growth.
  • Lead initiatives to ensure stringent compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a relentless commitment to the highest levels of product quality and reliability. 
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a proven track record of leading and innovating within semiconductor manufacturing operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and technologies.
  • Proven experience with process optimization, yield improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and deliver on complex projects.

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $143,000.00 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
