As a member of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, a Sr Scrum Master I, BI & Analytics is responsible for leading, supporting and executing our team objective of fostering a data driven culture that enables executive leadership to realize its strategic objectives. Our goal is to inform strategy execution by increasing visibility and accountability across the organization to become more outcome focused.
In this role, you will act as the primary owner of delivery execution for BI & Analytics initiatives. Ensure structured, predictable, and high-quality delivery aligned to Product Owner priorities. Extends beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with accountability for execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination. Focuses on “how” and “when” work is delivered.
This role ensures disciplined execution and delivery accountability, enabling predictable, scalable outcomes and effective realization of Product Owner strategy within BI & Analytics.
You Will Be Responsible For:
• Owns end-to-end execution of initiatives defined by Product Owners
• Drives cross-functional execution across engineering, data, and business teams
• Develops integrated delivery plans, timelines, and resource alignment
• Owns delivery tracking; proactively manages risks, dependencies, and scope
• Establishes and enforces delivery governance
• Ensures delivery predictability (planned vs actual) and adherence to timelines
• Drives stakeholder communication, alignment, and expectation management
• Acts as escalation point for delivery risks and issue resolution
• Supports Product Owner by translating roadmap into executable delivery plans
The Experience You Bring:
• Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives in a global environment
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with structured planning and execution discipline
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Working knowledge of Agile practices, including facilitating key ceremonies to support execution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability
• High attention to detail with structured and disciplined work approach
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate under pressure and manage competing priorities
Formal Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent)
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification desirable
