Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP O2C Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The resource should be capable of independently handling business requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP SD, including:
o Sales Order Management
o Sales document types, item categories, and schedule lines
o Pricing and condition techniques
o Availability Check / ATP
o Delivery and shipping processes
o Picking, packing, and Post Goods Issue
o Billing and invoicing
o Returns, cancellations, credit/debit memo processes
o Output and partner determination
o Customer and Business Partner-related processes
• Good understanding of credit management and its integration with the sales process.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD/O2C and FI/CO, MM, EWM/WM, and other relevant modules
• Strong knowledge of pricing, order management, delivery, shipping, billing, and returns.
• Good understanding of O2C integration with FI/CO and MM.
Conversational english advanced is a must

- Senior-level experience as an SAP O2C Functional Consultant
- Strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
- Strong SAP SD configuration experience
- Experience with sales order management, delivery, shipping, billing, invoicing, returns, cancellations, and credit/debit memos
- Experience with pricing and condition techniques, availability checking, output determination, and partner determination
- Understanding of credit management and its integration with sales processes
- Understanding of SAP SD/O2C integration with FI/CO and MM
- Understanding of integration with EWM/WM and other relevant modules
- Advanced conversational English
- SAP S/4HANA experience
