We are one of 11 Federal Home Loan Banks created by Congress in 1932 as a government sponsored enterprise to support mortgage lending and community investment. We are member owned and member focused. What you can expect
Organize business requirements, document user stories, and support the Delivery team
Evaluate business processes against industry standards, identify improvements, and facilitate actionable change
Identify and gather requirements in alignment with business goals and Salesforce build
Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions during process improvements
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prepare development user stories
Create process flow diagrams to depict current and future state improvements
Interpret data schema diagrams to understand data relationships.
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology or related field
5 years of related experience
4 years of experience organizing and documenting business requirements, user stories and support Delivery team for Salesforce Multicloud platform
4 years of experience evaluating existing business processes for all the standard and custom objects in Salesforce against organizational standards and identifying improvement opportunities through structured analysis and stakeholder workshops
4 years of experience translating requirements into actionable user stories supporting Agile delivery for Salesforce multiple clouds
4 years of experience creating current-state and future-state process flow diagrams to depict operational improvements and system-driven workflow changes in Salesforce or any other SAAS platform
Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite. Remote work allowed 15% of time.

Salary Range : $140,774 to $145,774
Salary Range:
$90,400.00 - $150,700.00The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job-related factors. Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology or a related field
