Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Sales Representative to lead sales efforts for its Scalable Control Solutions portfolio within the South region. This position is responsible for driving business growth by managing key relationships with end users, engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and channel partners. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in promoting Honeywell’s automation solutions—including Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and packaged solutions—while ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and customer needs. Responsibilities- Develop and manage the regional sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers, EPCs, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop territory strategies.
- Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to promote Honeywell’s value proposition.
- Support and guide channel partners through sales enablement activities, including product training and opportunity development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and proposal teams, to formulate effective pursuit strategies.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback on customer requirements to inform future product development.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Represent the organization at relevant industry forums, exhibitions, and customer events within the region.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant sales experience in the industrial automation and control domain.
- Proficient understanding of DCS, PLC, & SCADA systems, and associated industrial solutions.
- Good knowledge on pharma and spec chem customer.
- Demonstrated experience working with or selling to End Users, EPCs, OEMs, and indirect channels.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within region 50 to 60% Time
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Vertical Knowledge of SpecChem/Pharma/Infrastructure Projects

- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and project execution practices in sectors such as Chemicals & Spec Chem, Power, Water, Pharmaceuticals.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizational structure.
