Reporting to the BA META Sales Excellence Leader, the BMS META Snr. Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal in driving commercial excellence to support profitable growth. The role focuses on transforming business processes and equipping sales teams with the tools, capabilities, and mindset required to achieve strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for driving a standardized approach to implement a continuously improving program of best practice sales processes (including content, tools, MOS, metrics, and operational tactics) to be applied practically that drive near-term world-class sales performance as measured by sustained sales growth.
Comfortable processing large volumes of disparate data to derive and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders at both leadership and individual contributor level.

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve the program of common sales processes (including content, tools, MOS, metrics, and operational tactics) that drive near-term world-class sales performance.

Assist in Developing, deploying, and maintaining a common curriculum and inventory of sales processes and solutions that deliver best in class execution on the key areas of salesforce deployment, opportunity pipeline and account planning.

Own pipeline management and related processes, including order intake say/ do improvement.
•
Provide bi-weekly pipeline updates and analyses, offering insights for reviews at regional, global, and executive levels.
•
Provide guidance and support to optimize the sales force and processes based on analytics, best practices, business plans, market trends, etc. to improve sales productivity.
•
Analyze, audit, and assess efficacy of all sales metrics, measurements, and scorekeeping.

Analyze, audit, and assess efficacy of sales processes and individual sales performance.
•
Support the development and implementation of tactics to improve win rates/accelerate sales cycle improvements.

Establish and oversee SFDC management practices and value realization, drive standardization of sales process & tools. - •
Develop and implement Strategic Account Processes.

Participate in Annual Budget development processes, lead Annual Sales Quota deployment.
•
Partner with strategic & product marketing to design and implement new/additional methods for lead acquisition, data analysis and usability for all sales functions within META.
•
Support cross-functionally within the CCO organization (Channel Ops, MarComs, Strategic and Customer Marketing, Offering Management, Pricing) as needed to bring in data-driven insights and drive actions for growth.

Identify and remedy areas where redundancies in day-to-day operational tasks are happening and work swiftly to implement more efficient processes – leverage COE/ back-office teams where possible.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Marketing/ Business / Engineering / Project Management.

MBA is preferable.
•
Extensive experience within a Sales Enablement/ Operations/ Commercial Excellence or related role with transferable skills.
