As a Sr Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, your expertise will help streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure that our sales operations run smoothly. You will report directly to our Enterprise Fire General Manager, and work from our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. Please note all new hires must report onsite fully for the first 90 days.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Partner with the Enterprise Fire Commercial teams and other functional leads, including Customer Services, Supply chain and logistics, Sales and Operations, to drive efficiency through the business cycle with our valued customers.
- Provide consistent support and maintenance of data quality and integrity for all systems and ancillary reporting processes - including SAP, SalesForce.com, Ecommerce, etc.
- Provide support, analytics to the Commercial Sales Team to accurately capture current status of proposal activity, proactively following up on open opportunities, and supporting sales initiatives month over month with the inside and external sales teams. Review escalations same business day.
- Actively participate in Department and Company-wide process-improvement efforts
- Travel less than 10%
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales data and processes.
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management to support sales strategies.
- Knowledge of sales processes and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
