About the Role
As a Sales Operation & Channel Management Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and channel management effectiveness across HARMAN Consumer Audio China, supporting a business scope of approximately $350M in sales. You will support end-to-end sales operations, including distributor management, sales order coordination, channel data analysis, pricing governance, and incentive/MDF process support. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and channel partners to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and policy compliance while enabling sustainable business growth
What You Will Do
- Manage distributor and customer operation processes, including contract preparation, authorization follow-up, and customer database maintenance
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to improve sales process efficiency and operational discipline
- Utilize AI tools for channel data consolidation and validation, and analyze PSI, sell-through, and channel stock data to provide business visibility and support decision-making
- Monitor distributor inventory health and conduct regular channel stock checks to identify risks and opportunities
- Support channel governance activities, including counterfeit fighting and commercial process compliance
- Coordinate sales order collection and confirmation, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution
- Track online and retail pricing to support pricing governance and channel compliance
- Support promotion sheet creation, execution follow-up, and buy-back / price investment related operations
- Coordinate supporting document collection and pre-checks for incentive and MDF claims submission
- Drive continuous improvement in sales operation workflow, reporting accuracy, and channel management processes
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s degree or above
8-10 of experience in Sales
