Position Summary
This role will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team within the Global Revenue Group. We are a team that values professional development and rewards high performance. Revenue Operations plans, builds, and runs the revenue engine, supporting the sales and customer success teams to drive business and support customers worldwide. You will support all areas within Revenue Operations, our sales and customer success leaders and their teams.
Essential Functions
- Partnering with the broader Revenue Operations team, sales, customer success, and other GTM leadership and teams, this role will design, execute, and continually evolve a global reporting and analytics program.
- Based on the above global reporting and analytics program, this role will provide continual insights and intelligence to Revenue Operations, sales, customer success, and other GTM leadership, upon which critical business decisions will be based.
- Standard reporting and analysis for Revenue Operations, including creation, delivery, and automation of reporting of revenue results, key metrics, and ad-hoc strategic analysis.
- Providing meaningful insights into business results and operational performance to support day-to-day revenue operations and initiatives for the sales and customer success organizations.
- Managing the analysis and reporting of many aspects of Revenue Operations, including Enablement, Communications, Training, Forecasting, Territory Planning, Compensation, Events, M&A integration and more.
- Act as an expert of business functional knowledge and current automated technologies.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for execution by technical staff by providing business perspective for the systems needs.
- Support sales and customer success leadership by preparing data for various presentations and reports.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales and customer success reports and external intelligence essential to the Global Revenue organization.
- Maintain expertise and fluency of current and emerging analytics technologies and approaches.
Essential Requirements
- 5+ years in a data analytics role within Global Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and/or Customer Success Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, or related degree
- Advanced analytics and reporting skills (Business Intelligence, Tableau, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Strong time management skills – the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in learning about emerging technologies and their practical business application
- Creative thinker, problem solver, self-motivated, competitive, focused, reliable, and strong work ethic
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Result-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive, innovative approach
