CLOVEHITCH is seeking CLOVEHITCH is seeking Sr. Regulatory Analysts to provide expert-level guidance on labor certification regulations, case processing policies, and program integrity requirements to ensure accurate and compliant adjudication support. This position is contingent upon contract award.

This position is contingent upon contract award.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements (INA, 20 CFR 655 & 656)
- Provide guidance on complex case reviews, audits, and appeals
- Support integrity reviews, employer verification, and compliance checks
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements
- Advise leadership on policy changes and operational impacts
- Assist with training and mentoring staff
- Review high-risk or escalated cases and provide recommendations to Certifying Officers
Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- 7+ years experience in immigration/labor certification or similar regulatory programs
- Demonstrated expertise in case adjudication processes
Education and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
- Clean background check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience supporting federal programs (DOL, DHS, USCIS)
- Strong analytical and regulatory interpretation skills
