- Assist
with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire documentation and
coordinating orientation sessions.
- Stay
informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and
competitors to contribute valuable insights.
- Work
closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment
needs and priorities.
- Support
the recruitment team with additional tasks and projects as needed.
- Identify
challenging job vacancies and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyse
and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency.
- Administer
required tests, coordinate interviews, and ensure adherence to company
requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability
to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Familiarity
with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and applicant tracking
systems (ATS).
- A
proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and task execution.
- Ability
to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain
a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability
to use new technologies to get everything done.
- English
fluency is a must.
