- Experience sourcing and hiring for senior/leadership level roles
- End-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, interview scheduling)
- Ability to guide/mentor junior recruiters
- Experience using Smart Office (or similar) to enter detailed candidate data
- Ability to coordinate with HODs, consultants, and candidates and produce interview/status reports
- Willingness to work on-site in Santacruz, Mumbai and on Saturdays
