About the role
In this role you will play a key role in building and scaling our mobile applications while shaping the future of our product experience. You’ll bring deep expertise in React Native, mobile performance, and modern frontend practices, while also collaborating to deliver seamless, high-quality features.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications with React Native (Expo and bare workflows)
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate user needs into elegant, performant mobile experiences
- Partner with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs that power mobile features
- Contribute to the technical vision for mobile: performance, scalability, maintainability, and testing strategy
- Mentor other engineers by sharing mobile best practices and reviewing code
- Lead implementation of complex projects, from prototype to production
- Continuously improve our development workflow, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes to make shipping mobile apps easier and faster
- Proactively share feedback, participate in design/architecture discussions, and help shape how we scale the engineering team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience preferred
- Extensive experience working with React Native
- Passionate about speed, efficiency, availability, system quality and user experience
- A track record of shipping high-quality products and leading projects at scale
- An ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Java and Spring, typescript and express,and golang on the backend
- TypeScript and Expo in the React Native
