- Develop and maintain robust and responsive web applications using React JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and propose improvements to the development process.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, conducting code reviews when necessary.
- Participate in the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a React JS developer, with at least [3+ years] of hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Mobx.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, yarn).
- Understanding of version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) is a plus.
- Knowledge of modern web security practices is a plus.
