Dead on Arrival (DoA) and early failure of customer spare parts are the most undesired forms of non-quality as perceived by our customers. To gain customer trust, we must come out a comprehensive 8D in time to avoid repeat failures.
• Preview CS escalation report before intake meeting.
• Facilitate the intake meeting and assign RCA owner.
• Follow up the RCA status on stakeholders.
• Summarize DoA KPI, like DoA rate and cycle time from spotfile and AIR system.
• Communicate with VHV & SJ for DOA process & system request.
• Come out the monthly and weekly report.
• Follow the DoA process to drive the phase change.
• Nice communication with each stakeholders.

• Manages quality initiatives (DOA cases from CS/Field) and processes, quality improvements, customer satisfaction, quality assurance. Drives the implementation and adherence to quality processes in APP BL (HMI). Enhances the collaboration between sectors and stakeholders (D&E, CS, FAC, S&SC) on the quality transition towards a Living Quality Culture.
