QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your understanding of the unique quality challenges in this sector.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering a culture of quality and excellence across the organization.
  • Proven expertise of statistical analysis tools and techniques to strengthen our data-driven quality initiatives.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), to effectively lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Additional certifications in quality management, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
  • Proficiency in advanced quality tools and methodologies, such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies to effectively lead teams through quality transformation and process improvements.
