As a Sr Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will ensure the highest standards of quality for our products and processes, develop and implement quality assurance strategies, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you’ll work out of our Ciudad Juárez, Mx location on a Hybrid work schedule.
As a Sr Quality Engineer (NPI) here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of new product introductions. You will be responsible for driving quality assurance processes, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to guarantee that new products meet Honeywell's high standards and customer expectations.
In this role, you will impact the successful launch of new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into the product development lifecycle, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and reducing product defects.

Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance activities for new product introduction, VE/CE, EWR projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and testing protocols for new products.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify potential quality risks and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Facilitate RCCA for critical issues in field that impact product design
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in quality engineering with a focus on new product introduction (NPI) in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficiency in quality tools such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Experience with quality standards and regulatory compliance relevant to product manufacturing.
