Responsible for gathering requirements from the client and closing them successfully.
Involved in complete recruitment process (sourcing, short listing, HR screening/interview, interview arrangements, salary negotiations, offer initiation, post-offer follow ups.)
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement.
Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and successfully convince them to join.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals - (Monster.com,Tech-Fech.com and Dice.com), direct phone sourcing, networking (LinkedIn), vendors and referrals.
Sourcing & screening the profiles for different requirements in a day.
Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions

Job Description Details
· Identify what needs to be tested.
· Experience with Selenium/WebDriver and Java solution would definitively fit better .However “strong experience in GWT testing" weights heavier than the tooling stack.
· Proven experience working in a start-up like environment would be preferred who can very quickly understand the existing product end to end and then really drive the required test effort to ensure can be shipped that is fully functional with quality.
· Need to work as a self-starter and initiate QA process.
- Identify what needs to be present a testing strategy.
- Define, plan and execute testing strategy from business perspective with scenarios that usual engineering team could miss/skip.
- Validate the testing strategy by writing some automated tests and manual test plans.
- Work closely with the development team to make the testing process easier and faster (making the software more testable is one of my priorities).
- Drive the initiative, without active supervision and can deliver results during each sprint.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in GWT testing
- Experience with Selenium/WebDriver
- Experience with Java
- Proven experience working in a startup-like environment
- Ability to define, plan, and execute testing strategy from a business perspective
- Experience writing automated tests and manual test plans
- Self-starter who can initiate QA process and work without active supervision
- Ability to work closely with development team to improve testability
- Drive initiatives and deliver results during each sprint
