Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every point of friction in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in NY City, our passionate changemaker team is looking for a Senior QA Analyst working out of our Istanbul office.
As a key member of our Software Development Team, you will be joining our team in Istanbul, Turkey and as a Sr. QA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in validating our software products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, accuracy, and usability. You will work closely with our Software Development Team and other stakeholders to identify issues, design test cases, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software solutions.
Reporting to the Director of Software Development, you will:

Plan Test Strategies – Plan, develop and execute test strategies and plans, employing the proper test tools

Execute / Conduct Test Plans – Timely execution of test plans, conducting automated and manual testing

Communicate Results – Communicate test results, updates, and progress with the team.

Analyze – Analyze user feedback and user activity and make suggestions to enhance the user experience.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering or related fields.

5 years’ experience in Web and Mobile testing and strong knowledge of SQA best practices & methodologies.

Experience with SaaS products, Cloud Solutions, APIs, API platforms (Postman, SoapUI etc.), web services.

Experience in testing automation tools (Azure DevOps, Selenium, Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.).

Good understanding of SQL and a basic level of experience in at least one OOP language.

Practical and theoretical knowledge of Agile Methodologies.

Excellent verbal / written communication skills as well as strong analytical skills.

Highly developed attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and solution-based mindset. Self-starter, can-do attitude, ability to prioritize. Ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions.

Familiarity with MS Office and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Slack, etc.

High level of speaking proficiency in English to be part of international calls when needed.

Experience in AI and/or healthcare technology is a plus.

Experience in fast-growing SaaS start-ups is a plus.

Living in Istanbul preferably on Asian side.

Work location is Kozyatagi, Istanbul; at least 2/3 days weekly at the office.
