We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in backend engineering, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in Python frameworks and be capable of leading technical discussions, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high‑quality scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Architect and implement microservices, REST APIs, and modular backend components.
- Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and adherence to best engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture.
- Review code, drive technical discussions, and mentor junior team members.
- Integrate third‑party APIs, cloud-native services, and automation tools.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical roadmaps.
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Django, Flask, and/or FastAPI.
- Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming.
- Database expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (relational & NoSQL).
- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud experience with AWS / Azure / GCP (at least one is mandatory).
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or other messaging systems.
- Strong understanding of Git, branching strategies, and Agile development practices.
- Experience in data engineering, ETL pipelines, or workflow orchestration tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Understanding of distributed systems, high‑availability, and large-scale architectures.
- Experience participating in architecture reviews and contributing to technical strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and support junior developers.
- High sense of ownership with a focus on delivery excellence and quality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
