Sr. Project/Systems Analyst

Amentum is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join our engineering team in Dahlgren, VA.

Senior Project Analyst Responsibilities Includes:

• Performing program/project analysis, configuration management and financial support for Navy programs. 

• Supporting programmatic meetings, manage program action items, support tracking of financial tasking in support of the program.

• Supporting the Program Lead, Operations Director and Group Lead.

• Managing all SharePoint Databases.

• Managing all Internal/External SharePoint sites. 

• Managing file structure changes within OneNote and Share Drive.

• Coordinating file and records management maintenance for files not under Configuration Management (CM) control.

• Conducting the Configuration Control Board.

• Managing the content of the Archive section in OneNote.

• Taking meeting minutes and notes for meetings.

• Assisting the Program Lead with financial management, labor tracking and monthly reporting.

• Assisting with scheduling milestone events with MS Outlook.

• Assisting with proof reading documents and briefs for administrative errors

• Performing all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Eight (8) years’ experience in  the areas of system acquisition, milestone planning, project tracking, financial analysis, logistics support, and project/program cost analysis to include the following: Experience in evaluation of system and component level technical engineering documentation.

• Experience interacting with high-level civilian and military leadership and synthesizing information from diverse sources into systems engineering strategies combined with relevant DoD acquisition experience.

• Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.

• Substantial experience in all MS Office products to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Project and OneNote

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Navy ERP and Sharepoint.
