What you'll do- Help define the scope, objectives, and functions of the PMO (e.g., support, control, or directive PMO).
- Establish PMO governance, including roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
- Create and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Standardize project management practices across the organization.
- Recommend and implement project management tools (e.g., Copilot, Jira, Monday, Power BI, etc.).
- Ensure that the tools are configured according to the organization's needs.
- Support the selection and prioritization of projects based on strategic value, available resources, and risks.
- Implement processes to monitor the progress, costs, deadlines, and quality of projects.
- Help identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of projects.
- Support the management of the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
- Conduct portfolio performance analyses and recommend adjustments
Technical Skills:
- +8 years of Experience managing IT Projects
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday)
- Experience with Process Analysis
- Deep knowledge of PMBok fundamentals and Projects artifacts and documentation
- Lean/Agile Methodologies Knowledge
- Desirable knowledge in Banking Industry
- Data Analytics (Power BI, SQL)
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Internal Media Communication for PMO Talks
- AI Copilot
