Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sr. Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. You will work closely with teams across the organization to turn high-level objectives into actionable plans; executing independently to deliver results. This role requires navigating complex problem statements, resourcefulness, and creative drive. You will serve as a partner to various teams, seek to deeply understand dependency chains, and manage expectations while driving operational efficiency. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed requirements and execution plans that manage risk and ensure high engagement across the organization
• Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders on a structured cadence
• Manage and lead project meetings, task prioritization, and accountability across teams
• Identify low-overhead process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
• Lead in a dynamic environment, adapting to changes
• See the big picture and maintain attention to detail in partnership with cross-functional teams (non-technical and technical)

You will likely have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in project or program management
• Strong preference for experience managing cross-company initiatives that span G&A, Marketing & Comms, and Tech teams
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor output to varying audiences
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage risks, and develop creative solutions
• Proficiency in project management tools; such as: Jira & Asana

You may have:

• Prior experience in the telehealth space, medical, and/or clinical space
• Experience in D2C and/or regulated industries
• Previous working experience in a hyper-growth environment
• Startup experience

Salary Range: 100-120k per annum 

This salary represents Henry Med's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Henry Meds may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Henry Meds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Henry Meds business and other operational considerations.
