Sr. Project Manager, Netsuite

Overview:

The Senior Project Manager, NetSuite will serve as Flowco’s in-house project leadership resource responsible for managing, scheduling, and communicating project milestones across one or more business units. This role will partner closely with the Flowco ERP team and cross-functional business leaders to ensure NetSuite initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple NetSuite and ERP-related projects simultaneously across Flowco business units, ensuring deliverables, milestones, timelines and dependencies are clearly defined and actively managed.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, status updates, risk logs, and communication plans.
• Coordinate with internal ERP team members, business stakeholders, vendors, and business unit leadership to drive accountability and project momentum.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, milestone reviews, and executive-level updates.
• Identify project risks, roadblocks, and scope changes early; Recommend practical solutions and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Support requirements gathering, process discussions, testing coordination, implementation readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Promote consistent project management practices, documentation standards, and repeatable delivery processes across ERP initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Project Management Professional certification and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• 5+ years of ERP (preferably NetSuite) project management experience as a consultant or in-house resource with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholder groups.
• Proven ERP project management experience in a manufacturing environment, including the ability to navigate complex interdepartmental relationships across manufacturing, supply chain, operations, accounting and finance, and IT.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage project schedules, milestones, tasks, risks, and communications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, remain self-sufficient in managing assigned responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with an established ERP team.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complexity, ambiguity, and project-related challenges.
• Foundational understanding of NetSuite functionality, ERP processes, and enterprise system delivery.

Preferred:

• Six Sigma certification or demonstrated process improvement experience.
• Prior experience supporting and managing NetSuite implementations, enhancements, integrations, or optimization projects.
• Prior experience working in an environment where SOX compliance and standards are required
• Experience working in a multi-subsidiary or matrixed business environment.
