Job Responsibilities:

Objectives of the Job:
1.    E/E systems/vehicle test plan, test execution and issue management by means of vehicle intensive test along E/E integration planning
2.    VIT vehicles upgrade and maintenance.
3.    Execute the package under his responsibility independently.
4.    Coach and train engineers in this area.
5.    Working in Shenyang.

Main Duties:

1.    Responsible for project steering, test management and error management. Test shall cover whole E/E scope, with a big focus on ADAS, Smart cockpit and connectivity area. 
2.    Perform systematic and stochastic vehicle testing, take measurements and logs, documentation of test results according to test plan. 
3.    Report errors in error tracking system. Verify, analyze and confirm errors on subsystem or vehicle level and document it.
4.    Generate status reports according to template.
5.    Planning and coordination of vehicle upgrade according to Integration plan: request the logistic and parts procurement; control the upgrade progress. 
6.    Perform vehicle HW and SW updates, prepare all documentation of the vehicle status
7.    Responsible to plan, organize and integrate data loggers of the vehicles.

Qualification:
1.    Bachelor’s degrees or above, E/E or related area.
2.    6 years’ experience in automotive Electrics/Electronics testing in general, test and validation of electrical systems, especially in ADAS, Smart cockpit and connectivity area.
3.    Must have experience in BMW project, Good knowledge in BMW EE integration and validation process
4.    Good knowledge in test and problem management
5.    Good communication with customer and team-member, BD experience preferred.
6.    Integration of complex systems experienced with test and measurement equipment like data logger.
7.    Good knowledge of network communication and diagnostic standards.
8.    Experience to work with HV system on either EV or PHEV.
9.    Good communication ability in English, German is a good plus.
10.    Open mind and teamwork with people from different cultures.
