As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving complex programs and initiatives that support operational excellence, business transformation, and customer outcomes within Productivity Solutions and Services. This role partners cross-functionally to plan, execute, and deliver programs aligned to strategic priorities while ensuring timelines, quality, and cost objectives are met.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Fort Mill, South Carolina location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of program delivery by providing detailed program support, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and enabling timely decision-making through accurate data and communication management.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, ISC, CX, Sales, Finance) to drive alignment and execution
- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify program risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Manage program communications, including executive updates, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
- Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing trends, performance metrics, and business outcomes
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance requirements, and governance standards
- Mentor junior team members or project contributors (as applicable)
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations within a global organization
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in industrial, supply chain, or service-based businesses
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
- Experience with enterprise tools (SAP, Oracle, data visualization tools, etc.)
- Experience working in matrixed environments
