SR. PROJECT MANAGER
As a Sr. Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing projects to drive successful outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in project management, coupled with your strong leadership and communication skills, will ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives. You will report directly to our Program Manager, and you'll work out of our United Kingdom, Manchester, location.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage projects that have a significant impact on our clients' operations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Your ability to effectively manage resources, mitigate risks, and communicate with stakeholders will contribute to the success of our projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the Service Project Manager within HPS LSS is to act as the key Honeywell operations contact for LSS customers, as well as the internal Honeywell team, which includes Sales, Leadership, and other function support organizations.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Support Sales in Estimation of Proposals accurately for win-win situation.
- Control cost overruns and Improve Project Margins using Productivity tools and low-cost resources.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports. - Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customer personnel, as well as key personnel within relevant Honeywell teams, including administrators, engineering, sales, supply chain and leadership.
- Manage the day-to-day concerns of the customer, including corrective actions, ensuring satisfactory completion for all parties. Properly identify and escalate non-Project issues to the appropriate field service or entity.

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects
