Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an F-35 Program Deputy to support the F-35 Program Director, Customer Program Managers, and Development Program Managers across the Power and Thermal Management System (PTMS), Wheels and Brakes (W&B), and Inertial Navigation System / Tactical Navigation System (INS/TNS) production, sustainment, and development portfolios. This high-visibility role offers broad exposure to the Honeywell Aerospace Defense business and provides the successful candidate with an opportunity to contribute directly to one of the world’s most advanced defense aviation programs.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proposal, Contracting, and Order Execution
• Support proposal development, customer fact-finds, negotiations, and related contracting activities.
• Maintain SharePoint and Teams repositories for required program artifacts, including proposals, fact-find materials, negotiation records, MOUs, MPOs/POs, and Lockheed Martin/Honeywell part-number listings.
• Manage the order-release process from MPO/PO release in Exostar through CSR sales-order creation and PO acceptance.
• Serve as the Exostar certificate liaison and coordinate required access to SIE, Exostar, and JDL for program uploads and submissions.
• Complete and streamline customer-specific forms and documentation, including F260 international-content requests and related materials.
Government Property, Compliance, and Reporting
• Act as the Government Property liaison by coordinating KBR GAM engagement, responding to customer requests for active Government Property on new purchase orders, and verifying Government Property released on each MPO.
• Maintain Teams sites and document repositories to support export compliance, audit readiness, and disciplined record retention.
• Manage Industrial Participation SDRL reporting and CFM reporting in Nav.
• Maintain data assertions and serve as the SDRL burndown focal point for assigned program activities.
Program Operations and Customer Support
• Support depot piece-part modelling and coordinate inputs with Lockheed Martin counterparts.
• Develop, document, and maintain Customer Business Team work instructions, including processes for engineering invoice billing, Exostar access requests, and F260 form submissions.
• Support AOP/STRAP planning, SRO activities, and Risk and Opportunity management.
• Manage team-lead schedules and coordinate the transition of this responsibility from Finance.
• Coordinate lead-time and capacity updates with the customer and help drive lead-time reduction initiatives.
• Maintain current charge-number listings for Customer Program Managers and Program Managers.
• Manage the B&P budget and support disciplined tracking of program funding activities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years experience in the Aerospace industry.
- PMI certification or be committed to obtain within 6 months sponsored by Honeywell Aerospace
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget

The annual base salary range for this position in Torrance, CA is $126,000-$157,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
