In this role, you will drive execution excellence for marine projects by managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and communications across global stakeholders. Your ability to work effectively across countries, cultures, and time zones will be critical to project success.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end execution of marine business projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, contractual commitments, and organizational objectives.
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, issues, and stakeholder responsibilities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project performance against schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets; proactively identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders from different countries and backgrounds, including effective collaboration across time zones.
- Analyze project data, milestones, and performance indicators to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, service, procurement, finance, and other teams to align marine project execution with business objectives.
- Coordinate with international customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support effective project execution and issue resolution.
- Contribute to project management excellence by sharing best practices, improving execution processes, and strengthening team capability.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of project management experience in the marine business or marine industry is required; control system or telecom project management background is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are required, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from different countries and professional backgrounds.
- Demonstrated international project experience and proven ability to manage cross-border stakeholders are required.
- Ability to balance workload and working time effectively when collaborating across time zones, while leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
