As a Senior Program Manager in the Anthem Program, you will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the successful execution of programs for the Anthem Next Generation Avionics. You will be accountable for managing and delivering on complex programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell's customer programs.
You will report to the Anthem Hardware Program Director and you’ll work out of our a Honeywell Aerospace location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the hardware development lifecycle for the Anthem program across Preliminary Design, Critical Design, Qualification, Certification, and On-Time Launch (OTL). You will provide strategic direction, drive program execution, guide teams, ensure quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data accuracy, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of programs, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and performance driven in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and oversee the execution of complex programs
• Develop and implement hardware reviews and improvement actions
• Drive program improvement actions to closure within schedule, budget, and scope
• Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget
• Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
• Coordinate program dependencies within the schedule
• Work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
• Provide guidance to engineering execution teams driving alignment with hardware quality
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles
