The Opportunity
As a Senior Program Manager for the Employee Experience Program Management Office [EX PMO], you will partner with Centers of Excellence [COEs] across the global organization to develop, manage, and scale key programs, initiatives, and operations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional operational and program management skills and motivational change leadership. What You'll Do
- Design and build a portfolio management framework to support the global Employee Experience organization, focusing on bringing visibility across programs and enabling cross-functional collaboration, resourcing, and prioritization in line with our strategic objectives.
- Partner with COE leaders and stakeholders to manage and optimize the development and delivery of critical HR programs and processes.
- Identify, design, implement, and scale process and technology improvements to improve cross functional collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
- Coordinate and create dashboards/ad hoc reports and insights on key employee metrics illustrating impact on business.
- Spearhead special initiatives to support EX PMO priorities to drive collaboration, communication, skill-building, and engagement across the organization
What you need to succeed:
- 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or operations, preferably within HR
- Outstanding ability to program manage complex operations, and lead teams through transformational change initiatives
- Experience designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights
- Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $100,100 -- $228,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
