As a Sr Program Administrator here at Honeywell, you will serve as the primary authority of Classification. You will develop and implement classification policies and guidance at the enterprise level as well as oversee personnel in the uniform application of these policies and implementations. You will lead projects, including the coordination of activities and personnel, and work with other sites across the DOE complex to develop useful and meaningful guidance on a variety of classified technical subjects. You will have oversight for all classification projects at the location and work under administrative direction with considerable latitude for autonomous actions or decisions.

- Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to timelines

- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program delivery
- Prepare reports and presentations on program status and performance
- 2+ years of experience in Security/Classification Operations, or related technical field
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Derivative Classifier
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Q Clearance
- 2+ years of managing a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or ten years relevant work experience in a scientific or technical field if degree outside of Engineering
- Per DOE Order 222.2A, successfully complete the Classification Officers Course and the Derivative Declassifier Course conducted by the DOE Office of Classification (AU-20) within the first 22 months of employment
- This training requires recertification every two years to maintain authority
- Master’s degree preferred
