Team overview:
Measurement is integral to our Retail Media business and helps propel Roundel as a differentiated leader in the advertising industry. Measurement product teams are responsible for building and maintaining trusted data sets, partner with measurement strategy and data sciences teams to co-create the measurement methodology and models, help drive performance through closed loop and lift models and provide self-service API’s, reporting and visualization services to internal and external stakeholders. The team also works closely with multiple external media platforms to build leading edge measurement solutions that are industry first.
In this role, you will need to advocate for and ensure best practices in tools, process and documentation is employed in the product by partnering closely with Product Managers, partner teams and the business teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring the right communication framework is in place for the product portfolio to provide visibility and progress on the KPI’s associated with the product. You will work with the business team to collect and analyze user feedback and support Product Managers in prioritizing the right capabilities. Candidate needs to have good communications skills, planning and organization expertise and a strong drive to make progress over perfection.
Role overview:
As a Sr Products Ops Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the product portfolio by bringing data and insights about our users into conversations and ceremonies. You will leverage your prior experience to engage multiple levels of product in the creation and implementation of team routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs as well as enable portfolio level intention maps that fuel collaboration across Product. You will be responsible for bringing visibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and providing visibility of progress to our Product KPIs through metric visualization and analysis. You are accountable for collaborating across our product and operations teams to improve our core competencies around strategic planning, portfolio health, and communication.
Your core responsibilities include:

Support the portfolio-level road/intention map and the process to keep it up to date and accurate

Execute the communication framework for our product portfolio to provide visibility to the progress and KPIs associated to the technical investment (including analyzing and preparing data to inform the strategy)

Collecting and analyzing feedback; leveraging insights to help product teams prioritize changes needed to increase adoption, end user experience, and CSAT

Handling testing, stakeholder and user-communication, to reduce time to ship, support-tickets, time to close support tickets

Advocating for and supporting best practices in tools, processes, documentation and communication across the product teams and with stakeholders

About you:

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
-
6+ years of experience across Product, Operations, or Analytics (or a combination)

Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)

Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity

Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Operations, Product, and Technology

Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests.
