As a Sr Products Ops Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the product portfolio by bringing data and insights about our users into conversations and ceremonies. You will leverage product experience to engage multiple levels of product in the creation and implementation of team routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs as well as enable portfolio level intention maps that fuel collaboration across product. You will be responsible for bringing visibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and providing visibility of progress to our Product KPIs through metric visualization and analysis. You are accountable for collaborating broadly across our product and operations teams to improve our core competencies around strategic planning, portfolio health, and communication.
The Sr Product Ops Manager will support two core platforms within Roundel’s Retail Media Network:
CMP (Campaign Management Platform): A centralized tool responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow for managed service campaigns—from planning and activation to optimization and performance monitoring.
Roundel Media Studio: Our self-service platform that empowers advertisers to independently buy, activate, and optimize their Target Product Ads.
These tools are essential in delivering operational excellence and performance across Roundel's full-service and self-service advertising experiences.
Your core responsibilities include:
Own and maintain the portfolio-level roadmap and intention map for CMP and RMS, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and real-time accuracy.
Develop and lead a communication framework that provides visibility into technical investments, progress, and KPIs—translating data and insights into compelling updates for stakeholders.
Monitor and coach teams on portfolio health metrics and product performance, enabling data-informed decision-making.
Collect and analyze user feedback from internal teams and advertisers to inform product priorities and improve user experience and platform adoption.
Champion and implement best practices in tools, processes, documentation, and communication across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Educate and empower stakeholders with product knowledge, enabling more effective collaboration and engagement.
Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and GTM teams, identifying operational gaps and leading process improvements to increase speed-to-market and delivery quality.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
6+ years in product management, product operations, or a related field—experience in AdTech, campaign management tools, or media platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Adobe Advertising, The Trade Desk, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com) strongly preferred.
Comfortable working in agile environments with an understanding of user stories, sprints, personas, and iterative development.
Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and prioritize in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences including senior leaders, tech teams, and business partners.
Skilled in influencing without authority and driving alignment across competing interests.
Experience in change management and launching new processes or systems at scale.
Curious, analytical, and passionate about improving experiences for end users.
Strong track record of building stakeholder materials, dashboards, and operational tools that enhance product team impact.
