What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

My team is working on providing secure access to health data. It’s a huge technical challenge to deliver highly secure, distributed, and performant access control. I am motivated by the opportunity to enable safe transfer of healthcare data so doctors and insurers can get the data they need to provide the best care for patients.

Jocelynn

How does the company support your career growth?

1up has given me the opportunity to follow my interests and align my role with the projects and markets that I find most exciting. Not only was I exposed to both inbound and outbound sales in my first year at 1up but I was also given the flexibility to be creative with my outreach. 1up managers have supported my growth by encouraging me to take on

Liz

What is your vision for the company?

Healthcare is a human right that is often hindered by ancient technology systems speaking different languages. We are fixing America's broken healthcare system by building the healthcare data cloud that will allow anyone involved in your care to get the medical information they need, when they need it, thus enabling patients to get better care.
