About the Role:
Invesco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support investment strategies within its Fundamental Equities franchise, as part of the Americas Product Management team. The platform manages $281B in assets with 110+ professionals delivering 70 equity strategies across 7 global locations to clients in 25+ countries. This role is responsible for overseeing product collateral, reporting, and strategic initiatives that support business development across retail, institutional, and retirement channels. The Senior Product Manager partners closely with CPMs, portfolio teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align on product positioning, messaging, and commercial priorities while maintaining deep expertise in equity strategies and market trends. This individual will also lead and develop team members, drive enterprise-wide initiatives, and leverage strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills to deliver impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead month and quarter-end product collateral updates, producing and maintaining presentations, factsheets, commentaries, infographics, annual reports, and risk/performance attribution reporting
- Partner cross-functionally (legal, compliance, risk, technology, sales, and marketing) to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely product messaging aligned with firm standards
- Support regulatory and governance requirements, including fund board materials, prospectus/SAI reviews, and related reporting deliverables
- Serve as a key partner to marketing and RFP teams by managing product data integrity, consultant databases, and RFP/DDQ content and positioning
- Ensure quality control across websites and internal platforms, maintaining current, accurate, and compliant product content
- Drive product change management by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely updates across collateral systems and client communications
- Partner closely with CPMs and investment teams to build deep expertise, align on strategy positioning, and support marketing materials, client communications, and sales enablement
- Lead as a player/coach by supporting key strategies directly while managing and mentoring product team members, delegating workflows, and upholding quality and performance standards
Requirements for the role:
- 5–7 years of experience in financial services, preferably within asset management; bachelor’s degree required (business or related field preferred)
- Strong understanding of equities, financial markets, and core investment concepts and processes
- Experience leading and developing others in a player/coach capacity
- Advanced technical proficiency across Microsoft Office, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg, and related tools; familiarity with AI tools preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data and content management, research, writing, and marketing support
- Passion for capital markets and the investment management industry
- Entrepreneurial, change-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and creative problem solving
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and deadlines, sound judgment, and drive to succeed; Series 7 & 63 required within 6 months of hire
