Your Role
- Shape and drive product roadmap, aligning with business goals for enhanced player engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver products and features that meet strategic objectives and users' needs.
- Analyze and optimize game metrics to improve retention, engagement and monetization
- Deliver research on the industry landscape, trends, competitor products and recommendations.
- Advocate for the player's perspective to ensure fair and balanced engagement, and monetization models that empower user's choice and value for time.
- Develop and implement monetization and pricing strategies that maximize player value and revenue.
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming or consumer tech industry
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Knowledge of monetization models and techniques for driving in-app purchases
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools and comfortable building models to explore opportunities while working closely with analytics
- Experience working in games/games economies for Live Services and ongoing-engagement titles
- Passion for games and ability to understand and deconstruct what makes a successful live game
