A senior IC role for a Product Manager who wants to do meaningful work with enterprise customers - shaping what gets built across AI, BI, and data engineering, and helping the customer get value from it. You will drive the roadmap in close collaboration with the customer's own PMs, working across Professional Services delivery teams to make sure the right things get built, in the right order, for the right reasons.
You will work in an environment where the customer has real influence over what gets built. Your job is to make sure that influence leads to good outcomes - turning requests into well-scoped specs that the team can deliver and the customer will actually benefit from.
The better the customer does, the more the relationship grows. You will have the context and the relationships to spot where GoodData can help further - and work with the account team to develop those opportunities thoughtfully.
What You Will DoWork Closely with Customers and Delivery Teams
Be an active product partner for the customer, participating in roadmap discussions and helping align customer needs with GoodData platform capabilities.
Work closely with the customer's teams to keep priorities aligned and decisions moving.
Help the customer make good product decisions - including steering them toward solutions that are more feasible or better suited to the GoodData platform.
Help identify opportunities where product capabilities could unlock additional value for the customer, working with account teams when appropriate.
Own the lifecycle of customer-driven platform capabilities — from discovery and requirements definition to engineering delivery and release.
Write clear, detailed specs that engineers can act on without constant clarification.
Notice when something built for the customer should become a platform feature.
Bring opportunities into the GoodData product roadmap, working with product engineering to evaluate and prioritize them.
Work with product engineering to enable PS teams to deliver features directly into the platform.
Make sure PS commitments stay consistent with the direction of the GoodData platform.
Required
Experience as a PM in enterprise software, data, or analytics - including direct customer-facing work.
Able to manage multiple delivery streams at once without losing track of priorities.
Strong at requirements discovery. Can tell the difference between what a customer asks for and what they actually need.
Comfortable saying no and explaining why in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
You Should Have
Hands-on background in BI, data engineering, or AI-driven analytics.
Experience in or alongside Consulting, Professional Services or implementation teams.
Familiarity with modern data stack concepts and how they fit together.
Some experience with customer success or account growth - spotting opportunities, not just delivering features.
