We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-powered product line, delivering intelligent, data-driven capabilities that support the productivity and well-being of frontline and manufacturing teams.

You’ll lead product discovery, development, and iteration across our AI portfolio, with the autonomy to make day-to-day product decisions and drive cross-functional alignment. This includes owning sprint operations, collaborating closely with Leadership, Design and Engineering, and working alongside CX and Marketing to ensure our solutions are both adopted and loved.

• Drive and execute the roadmap for AI-driven and core product features by translating strategy into action, prioritizing effectively, and adapting to learnings.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to inform roadmap definition, sequencing, and long-term vision.
• Own the product development lifecycle from discovery through iteration, including requirements, testing, and release readiness.
• Lead sprint rituals (planning, backlog management, retrospectives) and partner with Engineering to explore both revolutionary and iterative technical innovations, particularly in AI.
• Run beta programs and collaborate with CX to bring real-time feedback from frontline users into product decisions.
• Co-lead product discovery and research with Design, ensuring every initiative is grounded in real user needs.
• Work with Product Marketing to align internal enablement (Sales, CX) and go-to-market planning.
• Define success metrics, monitor product adoption, and iterate quickly based on insights.

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Strong technical fluency: you’re able to collaborate with engineers and engage with AI/ML concepts.
• A track record of leading product development from concept to launch, including roadmap contribution, customer validation, and release management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, CX, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, impactful products.
• A passion for improving the working lives of hourly and frontline employees, with curiosity to dive deep into manufacturing and adjacent domains.
• A systems mindset: you’re able to connect user needs, business priorities, and technical capabilities into scalable solutions.

Base Salary Range: $170,000.00-$210,000.00.00
