About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive collaboration between the Product and Marketing teams. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning product strategies with marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless product launch, exceptional user experience, and market success. You will focus on building bridges between departments, leveraging customer insights, and delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Marketing Alignment
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with marketing strategies and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Translate market trends, competitive insights, and customer feedback into product requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between Product and Marketing teams, ensuring open communication and mutual understanding.
- Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to implement features that support marketing campaigns and enhance user engagement.
- Manage the feedback loop to ensure that user insights collected through marketing efforts inform product development.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product and marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct post-launch analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and marketing optimization.
- Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with marketing teams.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and marketing channels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in crypto industry.
- Experience in crafting and delivering go-to-market strategies.
