Job Summary

 As a Senior Product Manager of Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our data-driven products and services in ambulatory specialty care. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize analytics solutions that empower decision-making and drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex business challenges, possesses deep technical expertise, and excels at translating market needs into actionable product strategies. This is a high-impact role where your vision and leadership will guide the evolution of our analytics capabilities, ensuring they align with both customer and business objectives. 

Essential Functions

  • Guide and build requirements for data and analytics roadmap and future of data product set 
  • Drive the research, design, and build of data products, dashboards and drill-down reporting of metrics, KPI’s and results for our customers 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and synthesize organizational goals and priorities, as it pertains to the respective product portfolio 
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the data platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs 
  • Gather insights into Customer priorities and market imperatives and turning these into structured inputs towards prioritization and roadmapping decisions 
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle for data priorities, from concept to launch, ensuring high- quality, on-time delivery 
  • Communicate product roadmaps both internally and to clients and industry analysts 
  • Lead customer needs discovery activities to gain insights into their needs and priorities and translate findings into product requirements – e.g. development of epics, stories, story boards and mockups 
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product development, incorporating user feedback and usability testing into the design and development process. 
  • Translate insights into epics and stories and developing and managing the backlog 
  • Work with UX/UI team to develop mockups and story boards for validation exercises with clients and subject matter experts 
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulatory trends and compliance as it relates to, but not limited to, certifications and internal organization training 
  • Partner with Squad Technical Owners to continuously groom the backlog, conduct sprint planning and other agile ceremonies
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop educational materials, webinars and trainings in support of product enablement
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with data management, and/or consulting with a proven record of high performance, preferably with experience building data and analytics products with direct hands-on responsibility working with data or data teams (data engineers, data scientists, software developers, data analysts, etc.), business stakeholders and end-users 
  • 3+ years experience in healthcare domain
  • 5+ years in product management position 
  • Familiarity with querying data, data modeling, and data visualization best practices 
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including how to turn raw data into meaningful information 
  • Comfort with product analytics and data visualization tools 
  • Proven project success with transforming raw data into visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards including the ability to organize a variety of reports into workspaces that allow users to quickly access reporting to address their most pressing questions 
  • Ability to bring to surface and synthesize client needs and pain-points 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work across functional team in a collaborative manner 
  • Strategic thinker with ability to execute on day-to-day operational activities with clients and other functional areas 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development

  • Long-distance or air travel as needed

  • Physical Demands: Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
