Team overview:

The Enterprise AI Platform team provides a powerful suite of developer tools that enable Target Builders to build, deploy, and operate GenAI and agentic-powered applications safely and at enterprise scale.

Role overview:

As a Sr Product Manager focused on AI Context Services, you will be accountable for evolving and maturing the platform services that give Agent applications relevant, governed, and high-quality context including Enterprise Search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Memory, Connectors and Ingestion patterns for retrieving and indexing enterprise content sources.

North Star: Establish a vision and strategy to build toward an Enterprise Context Graph, which is a shared, governed context layer that connects enterprise knowledge, relationships, and decision traces so builders can deliver context-aware intelligence across many agents and workflows.

As you drive outcomes within your problem space, you will:

  • Own and evolve the product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for your platform capabilities

  • Align cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies including close partnership with peer AI Platform PMs to drive clear decisions, tradeoffs, and on-time execution.

  • Lead continuous discovery through user research, feedback loops, and data-driven insights

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery plans

  • Develop lightweight prototypes or proofs-of-concept to validate ideas and de-risk investments

  • Translate outcomes into executable delivery plans (PRDs, epics, user stories) and partner with engineering through delivery using a dual-track discovery/delivery approach.

  • Drive adoption and enablement through documentation, onboarding playbooks, office hours, internal evangelism, and measurable usage outcomes.

  • Conduct industry and competitive benchmarking to ensure the platform remains modern, differentiated, and aligned with best practices in GenAI and agentic systems

In this role, you are expected to operate with high ownership and influence, encouraging open exchange of ideas, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders, and maintaining a strong sense of urgency. You will set a high bar for product thinking and execution while navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving technology.

You are a strong product thinker who thrives in platform environments and enjoys working at the intersection of emerging technology, developer experience, and enterprise-scale constraints.

Required qualifications

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent experience in Data science, machine learning, AI, search/retrieval, or developer platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with users, engineering teams, and senior leaders

  • Strong ability to work in an agile, collaborative and matrixed environment

  • Proven track record of product and/or people leadership

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Generative AI application development lifecycles, including model selection, prompt management, evaluation, and monitoring

  • Familiarity with AI safety, governance, or Responsible AI concepts

  • Experience using GenAI tools to rapidly prototype or validate product ideas

  • Understanding of platform product lifecycle, internal developer platforms, or startup-style product development

  • Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS)
