THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Card who is ready to dive into the heart of credit card product management, focusing on enhancing features that boost both business growth and user satisfaction. If you’re looking to make a noticeable impact and assume significant ownership within a high-growth company, this role offers that rare chance. You'll collaborate with highly skilled teams in engineering, credit, and design to sharpen your skills and drive successful outcomes in an environment that values your contributions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Craft a forward-looking vision for card products and identify new feature opportunities that meet business objectives. Develop strategic plans and establish success metrics to guide decision-making. Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure strategic alignment and conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning.

  • Assess product features to meet market needs and work with user research to confirm their significance. Define clear criteria for feature prioritization and ensure the engineering team aligns releases with overall roadmaps. Continuously incorporate customer feedback and monitor analytics to refine the prioritization process and gauge the impact of features on user engagement.

  • Lead and inspire the product team to accomplish established goals, setting team objectives that support the company's strategy. Effectively manage task delegation and project assignments within the engineering team.

  • Engage with internal teams to align on product objectives and provide updates to executive leadership. Serve as a liaison between technical and business units, coordinating with customer support to integrate customer feedback into product improvements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to clarify product direction and ensure mutual understanding.

  • Analyze customer usage patterns to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing the user experience. Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize card features, and work with design teams to improve the user interface for greater usability.

REQUIREMENTS + SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree: preferred focus on Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or similar field

  • 5+ years in product management with a preferred focus on card or financial products

  • Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams

  • Proficient use of SQL and analytical data visualization tools
