Position Overview:

The Product Manager—Sales Enablement will be pivotal in optimizing our opportunity pipeline management to support our rapid growth and evolving business needs.  Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will harness your expertise to prioritize the feature roadmap and lead implementation. This role demands a hands-on approach to decision-making regarding feature and data development, close collaboration with buyers and developers, and a commitment to product excellence.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce expert in an enterprise environment with a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce technologies, including reports, lightning components, and other advanced features.
  • Experience with oil and gas minerals or real assets is a plus. 
  • Product management experience, certification, or training background with the ability to write detailed product requirements. 
  • Technical proficiency, including understanding programmatic APIs, API design, ERDs, and data management. Prior technical experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile development methodology.
  • Experience working with development teams in India is a plus. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong, positive influence on team culture, promoting continuous improvement and learning.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities.

In this pivotal role, you’ll define and execute the product roadmap and ensure our engineering teams have clear, actionable tasks. Your technical acumen, particularly in SQL and data management, will be crucial in making informed decisions about feature development. Working alongside a designer, you will be instrumental in crafting a product that resonates with our users, embodying Stronghold’s commitment to innovation and quality in the realm of real asset management software solutions.
