Job Title: Sr. Product Line Manager, UGG Women's Classic Boots

Reports to: Director, Product & Merchandising - UGG Women's Footwear

Location: Goleta, CA [Office Hybrid]

The Role

The Sr Product Line Manager is strategic, analytical and creative with a keen ability to influence across brand matrix and organizational counterparts to align on strategic direction. As a consumer and marketplace expert the PLM is the architect of a product category, acting as a central communication channel, partnering with In Line Product peers, Global Product Design & Product Development, as well as regional Omni-channel merchandising and distribution teams, marketing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, to deliver globally relevant and brand-right product, targeting our consumer segments and aligning with our Brand Strategies.

A strong candidate for this role is equipped with a solid product merchandising background; product sensibility and the ability to build, curate and convey impactful product stories balanced with strong analytical an presentation skills will be key factors of success.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Category architect, driving force behind category evolution and new business opportunities
  • Marketplace expert, finger on the pulse for trends, visionary approach to product planning
  • Strong understanding of productivity and profitability, striving for elevation of the offer
  • Strategic approach to global line architecture, consumer attitudes and regional nuances
  • Ability to translate key trends and market influences into growth driving product opportunities
  • Formulate key strategies for the season, quantifying opportunities at global level
  • Franchise management expertise, vision for product evolution
  • Ability to conceptualize and drive strategic and product-led initiatives assessing risks and opportunities at play
  • Full grasp and ownership of KPIs and financial targets

$165,000 - $175,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
