Our AI research and monitoring agents deliver real, actionable intelligence, by operating on top of our unique, proprietary data platform - this helps our customers make better, more informed decisions for their business, faster and strategically secure critical supply chains from risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and global service platforms. We’ve developed distribution partnerships with some of the largest integrators and software platforms globally.

We are a post-Series B high-growth technology company backed by top-tier investors in Silicon Valley and Europe, headquartered in San Francisco with hubs in Seattle and Warsaw. We support remote and hybrid work, with team members across North America and Europe.

We are looking for innovative and driven people passionate about building the future of Enterprise Intelligence to join our growing team!

About the Role:

The design team is growing! We're looking for a product designer who loves diving into complex problems to translate them into meaningful outcomes and solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves their craft, and puts the user at the center of their decision-making. You will be a part of a cross-functional squad to collaborate on planning, requirements, research, and design. As a product designer at an earlier-stage startup, you have an opportunity to make a substantial impact on the product, processes, and company.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead product design for our newest AI research agent product, working directly with customers to understand their workflow needs and deliver intuitive interfaces with AI products and their outputs.

  • Design and implement functional, beautiful, and scalable interfaces to help enable our customers to realize our product's full value.

  • Continuously collaborate with product managers and engineers—from discovery to delivery.

  • Envision the future of the product through north star thinking and prototyping ideas that close the gap between ‘what is’ and ‘what could be.’

  • Evaluate your ideas by testing your solutions with real users and customers throughout the process.

  • Advocate for our users and challenge yourself and others to think more holistically about the whole customer journey beyond the product.

  • Play a key role in helping to scale our product, design system, team, and processes.

Who You Are:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer within the enterprise software/ AI space.

  • A ‘full-stack designer’, able to proactively lead on user research & discovery, wireframes, UX design, UI design, and prototyping.

  • Experience designing intuitive software products loved by end-users and customers.

  • Experience in working with complex analytical user workflows informed by complicated data sets.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, excelling in having technical conversations with Engineering.

  • Passion for design and a drive to build best-in-class solutions for customers.

  • Customer empathy and a propensity for bringing users into the conversation early, and often.

  • Detailed-oriented and always striving to uncover all the needs, requirements, and edge cases to ship great products.

  • Strong team player. You’re a great listener, able to facilitate discussion and move diverse opinions towards clear decisions.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks and design tools (we ❤️ Figma).

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary starting at $170,000 USD/Year. This starting number can be increased based on levels of expertise, location, cost of living, taxes, market experience, etc.

  • Equity at a well-funded, fast-growing startup

  • Unlimited Vacation time so you can take what you need, when you need it

  • 99% Covered Health + Dental + Vision insurance for employees and dependents

  • 401K through Human Interest with options to invest how you want it

A Note to Candidates:

We are an equal opportunity employer who values and encourages diversity, equity and belonging at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, caste, or disability status.

Don’t meet every requirement? Studies have shown that women, communities of color and historically underrepresented talent are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Craft, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we strongly encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles!
